I had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist me. The hotel facilities were great and the location was perfect, right in the center of town. I really enjoyed the view of the mountains from my room in the morning. The hotel was also very clean, with the rooms getting cleaned every day. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, and it was a great way to start the day.

For me, it was the ideal hotel, and I couldn't find any negative aspects.

The cleanliness could be improved, and it would have been nice if WiFi was free. the top floor of the building doesn't have an elevator, which could be a problem for some guests.

This hotel is in the hub of the town as guests unravels the door to two different worlds. the view from the window is pleasant as they could see the mountains in the morning. the staff is accommodating and enthusiastic to gratify the customers. Amenities like the pool, barbeque, and music are present until 9:30 pm and the balcony doors are soundproof. the staff fluently speaks English, Russian, and Turkish.
